The service
Runner Runner is production co-ordination software for shoots: run sheets, crew links, expenses, releases and exports.
Your account
You own your data. You are responsible for what you upload and for having the right to upload it, including talent releases and other people's contact details.
The trial and paid plans
Every plan starts with a 14-day full trial, no credit card required. Current pricing is always the pricing shown on runnerrunner.com.au, in Australian dollars, GST inclusive. Unlimited crew via the share link is never charged.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, and no abuse of the service.
AI-generated content
Run sheets and extracted data are generated aids: check them before you rely on them. Unreadable fields are left blank, never guessed.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We aim for always-on but do not warrant uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the extent the Australian Consumer Law allows, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded.
Ending things
Cancel any time. Your data stays readable and exportable. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We will flag material changes to these terms by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
