What we collect

Account details: your name, company and email address.

Shoot data you put in: schedules, crew and contact details, receipts, and release photos, along with anything else you choose to add to a shoot.

How we use it

We use your data to run the product: building run sheets, keeping the crew link current, capturing expenses and releases, and generating your exports. We never sell your data, and we never use it to train third-party AI models.

Where it lives

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with trusted cloud providers: Neon Postgres and AWS S3, both hosted in the United States. Receipts and release images are kept in a private bucket that is never public.

Emails

We send sign-in links and account notices through our email provider, Resend. Every marketing-style email carries an unsubscribe link.

Crew links

A crew share link shows the schedule and contact details to whoever holds the link. Finance figures and personal identifiers beyond contact details are stripped from what the crew sees. Owners can turn a link off or rotate it at any time.

Your rights

You can see, correct and export your data at any time from the app. To delete your account and data, email hello@runnerrunner.com.au and we will action it within 30 days.
